Our Approach
Our program components consist of therapeutic in home, in school and community based interventions provided successfully to children, adolescents and adults with mental health, co-occurring and/or behavioral health disorders. Our treatments practices ensure our members the resources needed to sustain emotional wellness and empower them to lead robust, healthy, well balanced lives. Our team not only offers support but hope, and treatment that will enhanced the overall quality of their lives.
Eligibility Requirements
To receive care, all potential members must be at least five years of age and Medicaid eligible.
